Anyways, here's me new OC, Foon. He's a Skjioweala(a word I randomly typed XD).

His species is known to have this awesome fins on the end of his tail(he's sort of related to frit'z specie XD) that he used to making massive winds or even waves when he's on the water. His antlers has holes on it that could make lots of bubbles 8D.
He likes cookies and he like hiding them on his bandana looking bag tied up around his neck. XD
OTher than that, he is somewhat immature and keeps saying "I love you" to people, not knowing that more intimate meaning of that phrase 8D
