:Fox Pond Subspecies Concept:

Ever wondered why Puddloxes and Dewbles have two main element on their design, which is water and rock.

They are actually created by a powerful "earth/rock being" who crafted them out for Sayu ^^.

These spirits are made as companions to foxponds 

But aside from Puddloxes and Dewbles and many other water-rock species I'll be designing in the future, there are this creatures that were made almost in the likeness of a foxpond, which is the image I drew above, but like their creator, they're body are made of rock as well. 

They were created for the purpose of protecting and guarding the foxponds from evil creatures, for the foxponds are still kind of "earthly/mortal" .

I'm thinking of maybe calling them Guard Ponds or something like that ^^ I'm afraid I'll be keeping them as close species.
I'll try to develop their species more..(they still doesn't look that original, but I'll try to work things out :3)
