Cheekin wears a magical scarf that allows him to fly. It is mostly attached to his arms to look as if he's a flying squirrel.
Tail info:
He has a big fluffy bunny-like tail which can sometimes grow long and multiply up to 9.

Palette found Cheekin's egg wrapped in a scale patterned scarf one day when he was strolling in some mountainous place. It turns out that his dad, some mighty powerful dragon, lost him while he was flying by that place. After Cheekin hatched from his egg, his dad lets Pal take care of him(after all, he's a very busy dragon XD). His father didn't tell them who the mom was, but they sometimes think that the mom was a kitsune, due to Cheekins ability for his tail to grow long and multiply.

Cheekin thought that Pal was is his dad because of his scaly pattern on his back(which matches his magic scarf). He tends to stick around Pal and occasionally ask him for chicken, which is the only food he eats for now. When not fed, he gives an unbearable tantrum, being inherited by his father's power, he sometimes spits fireballs or even send out earthquakes when angered.

He is mostly a playmate of Rai , but he could be a companion to anyone else. Somehow he's very afraid of Fritz though
